Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with BuddyLondon.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Your order

  • We will contact you by email to confirm receipt of your order and to confirm your order details, please check your spam if you have not received an email from us.
  • If you have made any mistakes with your order, please contact us as soon as possible to make any amendments.
  • No changes can be made to your order after you have been notified that the delivery has been sent.
  • Please check that your full correct delivery address (postal and email) appears on your order as we regret we  cannot refund or redeliver any goods which cannot be delivered because of an incomplete or wrong address.

Returns

  • You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

How To Return Your Item

Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • BuddyLondon accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to returned goods in transit.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Items Not Eligible for Refunds

  • Digital products, such as the BuddyLondon Relocation Pack are not eligible for refund after the document has been emailed to you/you have been given access to it.
  • BuddyLondon Arrival Pack
  • Refunds will only be given on standard outbound postage. No refunds will be given on enhanced delivery chosen by you.
